Japan
Japan – basic information.
Hi! In my first post I want to present some most basic information about Japan. So, as probably most of you know, Japan is a country in Asia. To be more precise it’s an island country on the east of Asia. Japan consists of 4 main islands: Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu and 6848 smaller islands. Japan is bounded by the Sea of Japan and the North Pacific Ocean. Tokyo is a capital city and it’s located on Honshu island. Approximately 9 273 000 people live in the city. For comparison around 1 708 000 people live in Warsaw. The Japanese flag is red and white. To be more specific there is a red dot on a white background. The dot symbolizes sunrise. The Fuji vulcan is the highest Japanese mountain and it is 3776 meters above the sea level.

Fuji is a VOLCANO.
OdpowiedzUsuńIt looks a bit too encyclopedic, which may become quite tedious in the long run. I hope you're going to write more about culture and other issues and less about statistics.
