My plans for the second semester
In the coming semester I would like to improve my listening skills. I believe I can achieve that by doing something interesting for me. Some time ago I became interested in some US cities especially in New York. I think it's a really good idea for me to start watching more videos on Youtube and TV programs about this city. Thanks to that my listening skills and my knowledge about New York will improve very much. Instagram also has some feed on that. I will also read some articles and guide books about it. I will learn many more new words and it that my vocabulary will get broader.
If you want to improve your listening skills, it's always good to watch programmes where interaction and conversation takes place: talk shows, soap operas, etc. The language is livelier and more colloquial than in a programme for tourists. So try to add something like this to your listening/viewing list.
